Dr. Shariq Khoja has been a leading scientist, innovator and planner in Health Systems for over 15 years. Dr. Khoja leads global operations of Tech4Life Enterprises, which is a social enterprise for developing innovative Health and Learning solutions for the emerging world. Dr. Khoja has developed highly innovative mobile health solutions for improving access to care in several countries of Africa and Asia, along with low-cost devices, such as digital stethoscope and non-invasive health monitors. Dr. Khoja has worked as the Director of eHealth for the Aga Khan Development Network, and Technical Advisor for United Nations Foundation on mobile health. He has also been the recipient of several awards, such as Rising Star in Global Health by Grand Challenges Canada, and Grand Challenges award for improving mental health in Northern Afghanistan. Dr. Khoja has written over 40 papers and several book chapters, and holds over 10 patents for innovative technologies and tools.
